Job Description: Executive Assistant – Products & Tech Services Position Title: Executive Assistant Location: Pondy or Chennai Reports to: Founder, MD & CEO Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the MD/Founder in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and critical projects in the Products and Technology Services domain. This is a high-impact role that requires discretion, agility, and a strong understanding of the tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage and optimize the MD's calendar, meetings. Sit in Various Key meeting subsequently follow-up to be done for important points. Function as the principal liaison for the MD, overseeing all communications, evaluating and prioritizing incoming requests, and ensuring timely and appropriate follow-ups Prepare briefing documents, presentations, reports, and meeting notes. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Product & Tech Services Coordination: Liaise with product, technology, and service delivery teams to track key milestones and updates. Assist in monitoring OKRs/KPIs for product and tech initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional meetings, reviews, and sprint planning sessions. Follow up on action items and deadlines across product and tech teams. Strategic Projects: Support in planning and execution of strategic tech/product initiatives and special projects. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare strategic memos as needed. Interface with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Operational Excellence: Maintain documentation, project trackers, and dashboards. Support in drafting internal communication, proposals, and policies relevant to tech functions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Key Requirements: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst in a tech/product organization reporting under Head of DUs, VP or Founder of Organization. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High proficiency in tools like MS Office. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Software Product & Tech Services Company. Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity. Discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or tech background is a plus. Ready to Make a Difference?
