Job Title: EU Recruiter

Location: Bangalore, India

Work Mode: Onsite (5 Days a Week)

Job Summary:


EU Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with EU labor laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in international recruitment, preferably focused on the EU region.
  • Strong understanding of EU employment laws and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work across EU time zones.
