Job Description

Job Title: EU Recruiter

Location: Bangalore, India

Work Mode: Onsite (5 Days a Week)

Job Summary:

EU Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with EU labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in international recruitment, preferably focused on the EU region.
Strong understanding of EU employment laws and hiring practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Flexibility to work across EU time zones.
