We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 24 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle , from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and finalizing selections. This role requires strong communication skills, proactive sourcing abilities, and a passion for finding the right talent. Manage the full recruitment life cycle for multiple roles across departments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess suitability. Schedule and coordinate technical, HR, and leadership interviews. Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining timely and professional communication. Follow up with hiring panels for feedback and communicate outcomes to candidates. Negotiate offers and coordinate pre-joining formalities. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards. Work on employer branding initiatives and engage with talent communities. Stay updated with the latest sourcing strategies, tools, and market trends. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously. Exposure to hiring across various functions and levels. Proficient in using Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other HR software/tools.
