• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure smooth hiring processes
• Conduct reference checks and background verification
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Report and update recruitment metrics and status of open positions
• Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends
