Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Nashik. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, including full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, and interviewing. The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meeting organizational hiring goals.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Relevant experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
