Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Team Leads to plan and execute hiring strategies for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
• Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus engagements.
• Build strong relationships with placement cells to attract top campus talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Design and implement effective induction plans to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Optimize hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Support bulk hiring and multi-role recruitment across technical and non-technical domains.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
• Fresh graduates with an excellent academic background are also encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience hiring across technical (IT, Technology, Data Analytics) and non-technical domains (Campaigns, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• This job requires travelling based on the project requirements.
