Hiring Needs & Planning
- Partner with department heads to gather hiring requirements, including skill sets, experience range, compensation expectations, and timelines.
- Ensure hiring plans are aligned with organizational goals and approved workforce structures.
- Translate role requirements into effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.

Job Posting & Sourcing
- Publish job openings across appropriate sourcing platforms and manage visibility.
- Design sourcing strategies tailored to each role using databases, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Monitor and update internal trackers for open positions and candidate pipelines.

Candidate Outreach & Screening
- Initiate contact with potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct prescreening calls to assess alignment on qualifications, compensation, notice period, and mobility.
- Evaluate resumes based on actual project experience and ensure critical skill alignment before shortlisting.

Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds in collaboration with hiring teams.
- Communicate interview details clearly to both candidates and interviewers.
- Track interview feedback and maintain accurate records throughout the process.

Offer Management
- Conduct initial compensation discussions and set expectations regarding the offer process.
- Coordinate internal approvals for offer terms and ensure timely delivery of offer letters and contracts.
- Track offer acceptances, rejections, and candidate feedback.

Pre-Onboarding & Documentation
- Collect necessary documents and initiate background verification checks as needed.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all pre-joining activities are completed before Day 1.
- Provide timely communication to candidates and stakeholders on onboarding status.

Onboarding Support
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences by ensuring systems, assets, and HRMS accounts are ready.
- Track Day 1 completions and support introductory processes for new hires.
- Maintain data hygiene in all onboarding records and trackers.

Reporting & Stakeholder Updates
- Maintain up-to-date hiring trackers, status reports, and dashboards.
- Generate weekly or monthly hiring analytics, including key metrics such as sourcing volume, interview ratios, and offer conversion.
- Share regular updates with the Talent Acquisition and HR leadership teams.

Candidate Experience & Communication
- Ensure candidates are well-informed throughout the hiring journey.
- Manage communications with internal referrers and hiring managers to ensure transparency.
- Promote a professional and engaging experience to support employer branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally across technical roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder management ability.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
