Job description Job Title: Domestic IT and Non-IT Recruiter Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 - 5 Years Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Domestic IT and Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes across both IT and Non-IT domains, ensuring the right talent is hired for various client and internal requirements. Key Responsibilities: For IT Recruitment: Source and screen candidates for IT roles (e.g., Software Developers, System Administrators, QA Engineers, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Understand technical requirements from hiring managers or clients. Use job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases to source candidates. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Schedule interviews with technical panels and follow up with candidates. Negotiate salary and finalize job offers. For Non-IT Recruitment: Source and shortlist candidates for roles in Sales, Marketing, HR, BPO, Finance, Administration, etc. Manage bulk hiring and walk-ins for Non-IT roles. Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers and reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. 1 - 5 years of experience in domestic recruitment (both IT and Non-IT). Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred: Experience working in a consultancy or staffing agency.
