  • Understanding Candidate requirements
  • Judging candidates
  • resolving Issues
  • Joining Formalities
  • Coordinate Interview
  • Follow up Candidates
  • Coordinate with client
  • coordinate with Candidates
  • Scheduling Interview
  • Maintain Tracker.
  • Payment follow-up. 
  • Handling documents. 
 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  Candidates with Excellent communication Skill should have pleasant personality (English Medium Background will get added advantage)
