The Role

Talent Acquisition Specialists

You’ll partner with leaders across creative, strategy, media, tech, and business functions—ensuring every candidate experiences the DViO difference from the very first interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • End-to-end recruitment ownership

    – from understanding business needs to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
  • Hire for scale & impact

    – manage hiring across levels: from creative talent to senior global leadership roles.
  • Global exposure

    – lead international hiring across geographies, bringing in diverse and world-class professionals.
  • Employer branding

    – be an ambassador of DViO’s culture; create experiences that inspire candidates to join us.
  • Stakeholder partnership

    – work closely with business heads, hiring managers, and leadership to build strong hiring pipelines.
  • Innovate & experiment

    – bring fresh ideas, tools, and sourcing strategies to make hiring smarter and more impactful.

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA in HR (attitude and passion > pedigree)
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    Talent Acquisition

    within

    startups/ advertising/ digital/ consulting

  • Exposure to

    global hiring

    and multicultural environments
  • Flawless

    communication & interpersonal skills

    – you can present opportunities and culture with impact
  • A

    growth mindset

    – agile, self-driven, and energized by new challenges
  • Strong

    stakeholder management skills

    – ability to collaborate and influence at all levels
  • Someone who genuinely loves recruitment and is excited to build high-impact teams
