Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing: Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Use recruiting techniques to attract diverse talent and meet staffing needs across various departments. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assessing candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics. Provide advice and support to managers throughout the hiring process. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process, maintaining professionalism and clear communication. Follow up with candidates post-interview to provide updates and feedback. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.). Utilize data to improve the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement. Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance documentation is completed accurately. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings. Engage with passive candidates to maintain relationships and keep them informed about future opportunities.
