Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters for bulk hiring in the BFSI sector

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

Develop and execute high-volume hiring strategies to meet business needs

Track daily recruitment activities and ensure targets are met

Mentor junior recruiters and ensure team productivity and process compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in BFSI bulk hiring, with at least 2 year in a team lead role.

Strong leadership and people management skills

In-depth understanding of BFSI profiles (sales, operations, telecalling, etc.)

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate – Preferably in HR, BBA, or MBA
