Job Description

Responsibilities -

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify their manpower needs and planning to take up the position with relevant sourcing channels
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and rolling out the offer
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives

  • Good communication
  • 5-7 years Experience in recruitment. The experience in sales hiring would be an added advantage.
  • Notice period - 10-15 days
