About This Role

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR operations, end to end recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, communication, and event coordination.
• Handle HR operations such as offer letters, contracts, and exit formalities.
• Support performance review cycles and internal HR processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with HR policies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and follow-up abilities.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools like Odoo, MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a people-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.
