Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Daily tasks include developing and implementing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and enhancing employer branding. The role requires collaboration with various departments to identify hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Experience in Recruiting
• Proficiency in Interviewing candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the Ed-Tech industry is a plus
