Role Description This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Noida at AeroBay. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Knowledge of labor regulations and HR policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Experience in the Ed-Tech or Aerospace industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
