Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Thane. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help in creating job descriptions. The role also includes maintaining communication with candidates and preparing reports on recruitment metrics.
