Work Description

This is a full-time, on-site (Work from Office) role based in Pune, as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent that aligns with PREPCA’s mission and culture.

Work Responsibilities:-

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and professional networks.

• Conduct screening calls, interviews, and candidate assessments.

• Maintain and update candidate records using HRMS tools.

Work Qualifications:-

• 2+ years of experience in hiring/recruitment (preferably in B2C, EdTech, or service-based industries).

• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Excel/HRMS tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

• Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

Graduation and above (MBA in HR preferred).
