Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Faridabad

Full Time Permanent

Salary plus Incentives

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    across multiple functions (technical, non-technical, leadership).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and execute

    sourcing strategies

    (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, campus hiring).
  • Maintain strong

    candidate pipelines

    for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a

    positive candidate experience

    throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Recruitment expertise

    : Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Sourcing skills

    : Ability to identify and engage passive candidates using innovative methods.
  • Communication

    : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical ability

    : Use data to drive hiring decisions and improve processes.
  • Tech-savvy

    : Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, and recruitment platforms.
  • Adaptability

    : Comfortable hiring across diverse roles and industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computers, or MBA HR Preferred.
  • 25 years of experience in

    talent acquisition or recruitment

    .
  • HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience in both

    volume hiring

    and

    specialized recruitment

    preferred.
