Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

Work Qualifications:-

1. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hiring/recruitment, including at least 1 year of experience in leading or managing a talent acquisition team.
2. Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, spreadsheets, and Job Portals Like Naukri, LinkedIn Etc. 
3. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs and supervise recruiting personnel.
4. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
