Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Rohini. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Interviewing experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruiting role
