You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements. - Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels. - Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates" qualifications and fit for the position. - Administer pre-employment assessments and reference checks. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role. - Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and assess their qualifications.
