About the Internship

Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and recruit top candidates across various job portals and channels
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline
• Coordinate interviews, track applicant status, and assist in offer roll-outs and onboarding
• Collaborate with senior HR team members and hiring managers on recruitment strategy
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data analysis to improve hiring processes

Skills Required

• Strong interest or background in

  Recruitment or Human Resources

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines independently
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, or Naukri is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
