As a Talent Acquisition Manager at StratefiX Consulting, you will play a crucial role in leading our consulting recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles, ensuring a robust talent pipeline from Analyst to Partner positions. - Collaborate with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals. - Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through effective sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring demands. - Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations to secure high-caliber talent for the organization. - Lead campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives to enhance the organization's talent pool. - Utilize recruitment metrics to optimize processes, gain valuable insights, and continuously improve talent acquisition practices. - Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams to streamline recruitment processes and ensure timely hiring. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies to maintain ethical and legal recruitment practices. - Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience to uphold the organization's reputation. - Stay abreast of market trends and talent intelligence in the consulting industry to remain competitive and innovative in talent acquisition strategies. Requirements / Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) is required to apply for this role. - You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years specifically in consulting or professional services hiring, showcasing your expertise in recruiting for specialized roles.
