Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at our company, your role will involve partnering strategically with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. You will lead headhunting initiatives to proactively attract top talent from the market using advanced sourcing techniques. Additionally, you will drive campus hiring programs and early-career talent initiatives to support long-term workforce planning. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, taking ownership of SOP creation and implementation, and ensuring recruitment processes are standardized, scalable, and compliant. Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, and focusing on candidate experience and hiring efficiency will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Partner strategically with business leaders and hiring managers - Lead headhunting initiatives and leverage advanced sourcing techniques - Drive campus hiring programs and early-career talent initiatives - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs - Take ownership of SOP creation, implementation, and continuous improvement - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle with a focus on candidate experience and hiring efficiency - Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing campaigns and social media strategies - Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics - Mentor and guide junior recruiters - Coordinate with recruitment agencies end-to-end Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within D2C, retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced industries - Educational Qualifications: MBA or BBA in Human Resources or a related field - Prior experience in D2C and ATS is preferred - Strong exposure to D2C hiring across tech and non-tech functions - Demonstrated success in hiring for multiple levels and cross-functional teams - In-depth experience with campus recruitment and early-talent programs - Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills - Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools - Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with day-to-day hiring execution - Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities Please note that the job type is full-time and the work location is in person.,
