Role Summary:

KR Elixir Technology, Inc

This role supports US staffing and services hiring (W2 / C2C / 1099) and requires strong experience working with US stakeholders, managing recruiters across locations, and personally driving senior or critical internal hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Recruitment Operations

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed recruitment team (team members may be based across India and/or other locations).
  • Define recruiter KPIs, SLAs, daily/weekly cadence, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor team productivity, submissions, interview ratios, closures, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy, screening quality, candidate engagement, and client alignment.
  • Drive recruitment process improvements, documentation, and best practices across the team.

US IT Staffing & Client Hiring

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across Cloud, Data, AI, Engineering, and Digital roles.
  • Coordinate with US hiring managers, sales, delivery, and vendors to ensure timely closures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, VMS workflows, rate benchmarking, and candidate quality controls.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance and audit readiness across client engagements.

Individual Contributor Internal Corporate Hiring

Independently own and close internal KR Elixir corporate roles, including:

    • Sales, Business Development, Account Management
    • Program / Delivery leadership
    • Corporate HR, Finance, Operations, PMO, and niche leadership roles
    • Act as the primary recruiter for confidential, senior, or business-critical positions.
    • Partner directly with senior leadership on role definition, market mapping, interview coordination, and offer closure.
    • Maintain a strong internal hiring pipeline aligned with KR Elixirs growth roadmap.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with US leadership, India delivery teams, finance, HR, and operations.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from recruitment to onboarding, payroll, and compliance teams.
  • Provide regular hiring dashboards and leadership updates on progress, risks, and market insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 812+ years of experience in US IT recruitment / staffing, including W2 & C2C hiring.
  • Proven experience managing recruiters across locations/time zones.
  • Strong hands-on sourcing and closing experience not just managerial oversight.
  • Experience closing internal corporate and leadership roles in IT services or staffing firms.
  • Excellent understanding of US hiring models, rate cards, client expectations, and candidate markets.
  • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and global teams.
  • Comfortable working with US time-zone overlap.

Tools & Systems

  • ATS / VMS exposure preferred: JobDiva, Bullhorn, iCIMS, Fieldglass, Beeline (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals (Dice, Indeed, etc.).
