Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment

  : Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates for various positions

• Sourcing and Talent Mapping

  : Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates

• Candidate Screening

  : Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit for open positions

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with the recruitment process

• Offer Negotiation

  : Coordinate and communicate job offers to candidates ensuring a smooth and positive experience

• Reporting and Metrics

  : Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on recruitment activities, trends, and challenges

• Candidate Experience

  : Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in recruiting fo

  r TPD (Tech, Product, Data

  ) positions
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
