Role Overview:

Must have 8-10 yrs of experience managing operations and permanent staffing business of a region or business for a similar organization. At Least 5 yrs in managing large teams in the region.

Excellent communication , negotiation skills and track record of great industry client relationships accomplishing major high ticket assignments across industries will be preferred

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Business Acumen

  • Identify business opportunities across industries in the region.
  • Identify market trends,competitor activities, opportunities and capitalise on the competitive insights to stay ahead in the industry creating strategies and action plan under the mentorship of the senior stakeholders
  • Oversee execution of business goals / targets driving growth and profitability of the business unit.
  • Accountable for the P&L of the region.
  • Negotiate and finalise SLA's ensuring terms favourable for Adhaan
  • Improve business share from existing clients
  • Develop new clients across industries in the region
  • Building and promoting brand Adhaan as the preferred service partner.

Stakeholder Management

  • Update the senior stakeholders on the industry trends and developments
  • Regularly communicate to the senior stakeholders, the progress on business matrices

Operational Excellence

  • Forecast, Budget and project targets and monitor progress periodocally for the region
  • Ensure adherance to Functional SOP's, guidelines and Adhaan Policies
  • Set processes that optimize productivity of the team, enhance efficiency
  • Efficient delegation for optimal achievement of targets and best in the industry service to the client
  • Understand the impact of local regulations on the business and plan business strategies around the same
  • Optimization of business cost across the region.

People Development

  • Mentor high performing team of recruitment consultants and business development Managers.
  • Set Performance goals and monitor progress for the team, providing performance feedbacks at agreed intervals
  • Build a culture of learning, development, collaboration and promote personal and professional development and growth
  • Ensure adherance of people, process time lines- Learning, appraisals, proabation-confirmation etc
  • Effective delegation of responsibilities within the team members based on strengths and development needs promoting intrateam collaborations

Client Management

  • Regular client interactions to drive client wise business growth and building stronger client relations through improved services as a preferred service provider
  • Address / Resolve Client concerns across industry in the region.

Candidate Management

  • Ensure seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure meeting /profiling high ticket candidates
  • Mandate building and regularly updating a data base mapping candidates industry wise level
