Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (80%):

  • Oversee and optimize sourcing strategies including social media, job boards, networking, employee referrals, campus hiring and recruiting events.
  • Own and enhance end-to-end recruitment processes (requisition to offer).
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze workforce plans and hiring needs to proactively drive recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring demands.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Set performance goals, track KPIs, and ensure high-quality service delivery from the TA team.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity, reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure consistency and fairness in hiring.
  • Promote the companys employer brand across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve hiring practices.

HR Operations (20%):

  • Should be responsible for new joinee induction or orientation.
  • Partner with managers to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Should be responsible for employee engagement activities like fun Friday, reward & recognition (EOQ), Festival celebration, event management, office outing.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with HR operations teams on onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support talent development initiatives.
  • Generate adhoc HR report like organization wise attrition and probable attrition data.

Qualification:

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in end to end talent acquisition and 1 year of experience in team handling role
  • Hands on experience in in managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments. (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and extend offer)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Hands on experience on Job boards like Naurki, TimesJob, Foundit, Indeed and other.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing tools and methodologies, with a proven ability to attract high-quality candidates and fill critical vacancies efficiently.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databased and professional network
  • Should have hands on experience in employee engagement activities.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and building relationship
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technology & tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation & convincing skills
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
