About the Role

hands-on Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end recruitment

  for AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing & Leadership roles.
• Build and execute

  sourcing strategies

  using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and social recruiting.
• Own

  candidate experience

  , from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with Founders, CXOs, and Business Heads to define hiring needs and talent fit.
  
• Use structured hiring, competency-based evaluation, and scorecards to ensure quality & fairness.
  
• Maintain hiring SLAs, drive recruitment metrics, and ensure

  zero-compromise on talent quality

• Mentor a small recruitment team and set high performance standards.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7–12 years

  of strong experience in recruitment with a minimum of 3+ years in niche tech hiring.
• Proven success in hiring for

  AI, ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Product & Leadership roles

  .
• Strong stakeholder management — confident in working with CXOs/Founders.
  
• Excellent

  negotiation & closing skills

  with a structured, ethical approach to hiring.
• Strong communication, talent judgement, and ability to assess culture fit & attitude.
  
• Experience in fast-paced

  tech/start-up environments

  preferred.
