Join us at our Pune, India office to contribute to the future of on-demand robotics logistics solutions. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Gain knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition's recruiting process. - Support the Manager with various administrative tasks such as interview scheduling and database management. - Schedule high volume requests of candidates for interviews. - Assist in candidate tracking and contact applicants when necessary. - Coordinate interviews and maintain the vendor database. - Participate in campus hiring and institutional engagement initiatives. **Requirements:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a self-driven attitude. - Strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Excel. **Good To Have:** - Prior internship experience in a fast-paced startup environment. **Eligible Candidates:** - Desired Qualification: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a similar field. - Work Experience: 0-6 months.
