Role Description

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Intern (remote + part-time) to join our talent ops team. You’ll be helping us grow the Moo talent pool, support client hiring, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, client interaction and database management in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen and onboard top creative talent to expand the Moo talent pool.
• Assist in managing hiring requirements for clients, including coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
• Support the talent onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in talent tracking.
• Collaborate with the team on new initiatives to improve hiring processes and talent engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Interest in recruitment, HR or talent management
• Prior experience in hiring/recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
