Mulah Moo is a HR company dedicated to helping unicorns and top 5% startups find their dream content and marketing team.


Employer: This company is a pet food company, currently a leading pet brands on Blinkit. They are building a digital-first brand for pet parents across India and we are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media and influencer culture.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager (Social Media + Influencer Marketing) located in New Delhi. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts and optimizing content for various platforms. They will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with influencers, coordinating influencer campaigns, and ensuring effective communication across all marketing channels.


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Own our social media game

    : Instagram-first but also explore YouTube Shorts and Reels.
  • Plan and execute a

    monthly content calendar

    around product launches, pet care tips and our bestsellers.
  • Ideate, design and upload content (reels, carousels, memes, UGC) that’s on-brand and on-trend.
  • Work closely with the founders to create

    authentic, behind-the-scenes video content

    (you can even be the face of the content if you like!).
  • Lead

    micro-influencer collaborations

    to drive buzz and sales.
  • Coordinate influencer outreach, gifting, briefs, and performance tracking.
  • Run

    paid promotions

    occasionally on Meta/Instagram to boost organic growth.
  • Share regular performance reports and experiment with ideas to grow engagement and revenue.


Who you are:


  • Minimum 2+ years experience in social media (preferably at a D2C brand).
  • Strong understanding of designing tools, Instagram, content trends, and creator economy.
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Shopify analytics.
  • Knows how to build an aesthetic feed and optimize for reach and engagement.
  • Comfortable speaking with creators and managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Creative, proactive and up for experimenting with content formats.
  • Based in

    Delhi

    and ready to work closely with the

    founding team

    at our HQ.
