Role & responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms
