Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand and support staffing requirements.
  • Assist in defining and refining selection criteria for various roles.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks).
  • Support the planning and execution of interview and selection processes, including scheduling, screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
  • Review and organize candidate information, such as resumes and contact details.
  • Help design job descriptions and interview questionnaires that align with role-specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to nurture a robust talent pipeline.


Who You Are:

  • An 

    Excellent Communicator

    with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Being a 

    tech-savvy sourcer

    with hands-on experience with leading job platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and Monster, along with proficiency in leveraging sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
  • A

    strong interest in building relationships

    and creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Ready to 

    work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

    to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Comfortable 

    working in a fast-paced environment

    with the 

    ability to adapt

    to changing priorities and requirements.
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in candidate records and communications.
  • Being a 

    self-starter

    with a proactive approach to identifying and attracting talent in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields. 
  • Availability for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
  • Passion for startups and business growth strategies.
  • Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device Policy.
