Roles & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you’ll be part of the core HR team and support end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement processes:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes via Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals.
• Conduct telephonic screening of candidates for various roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Support onboarding documentation and coordination.
• Assist in HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Research best practices in recruitment and HR tech tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
• Eagerness to learn, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
