Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top-quality candidates to meet client requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruitment leads, and candidates to ensure timely closures and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job descriptions and client requirements across various industries and roles.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), social media, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings via phone/video to assess candidates' qualifications and job fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up until closure.
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and daily reporting to team leads/managers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily/weekly profile submission and closure targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of proven experience in recruitment or staffing consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of different industry verticals and job functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
