Role Overview: At FACT, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to join our team in India. As a key member, you will be responsible for recruitment activities, managing a high number of hires per month with a focus on growing our R&D team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience while improving hiring processes and tracking key recruitment metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end recruitment processes across departments including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing - Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies - Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting - Enhance hiring processes and monitor key recruitment metrics such as cost per hire, time to hire, and retention rates - Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for the India team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience either in-house or with an agency - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Excellent organizational and project management abilities - Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems - Proficient in English with attention to detail - Experience with CRM system design or data management and reconciliation is preferred - Bonus: Experience in the packaged software industry and hiring for technical and non-technical roles Additional Company Details: FACT is dedicated to providing powerful and intuitive tools to businesses of all sizes.
