Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at FACT, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by owning end-to-end processes across various departments. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. Ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process will be key. Additionally, you will manage job postings, applicant tracking, recruitment reporting, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for the India team. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies - Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting - Enhance hiring processes and track key recruitment metrics such as cost per hire, time to hire, and retention rates - Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for the India team Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or with an agency - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Excellent organizational and project management abilities - Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems - Excellent command of English language - Attention to detail and meticulous approach to work - Experience with CRM system design or data management and reconciliation is preferred - Bonus points for experience in the packaged software industry and hiring for technical and non-technical roles In terms of additional details, the compensation for this role ranges from 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 based on candidate experience. Candidates are required to work onsite at the company's Indian headquarters in Kolkata, and the company prefers the selected candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer.,
