Talent Acquisition Head

As a Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and executing leadership hiring activities across various functions such as technology, category management, operations, design, supply chain, and growth for one of India's most exciting global startups. Your role will be crucial in building the leadership team and shaping the talent roadmap of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include owning end-to-end leadership hiring for Director, VP, and CXO levels across key functions. You will act as a strategic advisor to the founders and department heads on organizational structure, succession planning, and talent strategy. It will be your responsibility to build, lead, and mentor a high-quality Talent Acquisition team with a focus on candidate experience. You will need to establish robust sourcing strategies, drive employer branding efforts, and own recruitment funnel metrics. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-12 years of recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on leadership hiring. Experience in hiring for startup and scaled environments, particularly in ecommerce, consumer, or tech sectors, will be advantageous. You must have a proven track record of closing high-impact roles across functions and geographies. Deep sourcing capabilities and a well-established professional network will also be beneficial. Your ability to work closely with founders, CXOs, and board stakeholders with maturity and discretion is crucial. Strong storytelling, negotiation, and closing skills are essential. You should possess a process-oriented mindset while maintaining efficiency and quality in hiring operations.
