About The Opportunity
A fast-growing, technology-enabled telecommunications and customer-experience services provider operating across India. We deliver large-scale contact centre and enterprise communication solutions to B2B customers and are scaling operations rapidly—requiring a proven, hands-on recruiter to lead high-volume hiring across multiple locations.Location: India (On-site role) — you will lead bulk hiring drives, campus recruitment, and walk-in events to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end high-volume recruitment for front-line and mid-level roles (CX agents, team leads, operations) across multiple sites—10–200 hires per drive.
- Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies: job boards, Boolean search, employee referrals, campus drives, and walk-ins to maintain an active pipeline.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, assessments, offer negotiation, background checks, and coordinated onboarding handoffs.
- Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to translate hiring forecasts into actionable recruitment plans and daily targets.
- Operate ATS workflows, maintain accurate candidate data, and produce weekly hiring metrics and funnel analytics to inform decisions.
- Lead employer-branding activities onsite—manage candidate experience, run assessment centers, and represent recruitment at campus & community events.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on bulk/high-volume recruitment experience in contact-centre, BPO, retail, or similar service operations.
- Proven experience running campus drives and large-scale walk-in hiring events end-to-end.
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, job boards, social hiring) and comfortable working with ATS and hiring dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills; track record of meeting weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Comfortable working onsite, with flexible hours to support surge hiring and weekend drives.
Preferred
- Experience with Zoho Recruit, Workday, or Taleo and basic Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and dashboards.
- Prior exposure to employer branding or campus engagement programs that improved conversion rates.
