HR Fresher / HR Trainee Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Fresher to join our team and assist with various administrative and HR-related tasks. In this entry-level role, you will be exposed to nearly all HR functions and play an active part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate passionate about starting their career in Human Resources and is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Help with the new hire orientation process by preparing onboarding kits, collecting necessary documentation, and coordinating introductory sessions. Assist in exit formalities for departing employees.
  • Employee Database Management: Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) with accuracy and confidentiality. This includes new hire information, personal data, and employment status changes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle general HR-related administrative duties, such as preparing HR documents (e.g., offer letters, experience letters), responding to employee inquiries, and managing HR department correspondence.
  • Policy & Compliance: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the organization of company events, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
