Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. They will also develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment and interviewing skills
• Skills in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
