Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment, identifying top tech talent, managing hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Project Managers, etc.).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer rollout.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates & hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networks to attract top talent.
• Track and manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends and hiring best practices.

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

✔️ 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

✔️ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
