Role - Recruiter

Location - Mumbai/Pune

Skill - Non IT

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Junior to senior-level roles of Non IT Recruitment.
Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess fit (skills, experience, culture).
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
