About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    entire recruitment life cycle

    – from understanding the job requirement to sourcing, screening, and on-boarding.
  • Partner with

    hiring managers

    to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates

    using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct

    initial screening and shortlisting

    based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate

    interviews

    between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update the

    recruitment tracker

    and candidate database.
  • Ensure

    timely communication and feedback

    to candidates at every stage.
  • Support in

    employer branding initiatives

    and recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist in

    campus recruitment

    and

    walk-in drives

    as needed.
