Job Description

What you'll do? This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to help us achieve our strategic goals. Requirements 2-3 Years of Experience in Tech and Non-Tech Recruitment: Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across diverse fields. Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates, colleagues, and external partners, both in writing and verbally. Adaptability and Quick Learning Ability: Proven capacity to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to evolving environments. Must excel in dynamic settings and demonstrate flexibility in tackling new challenges. Comprehensive Recruitment Lifecycle Experience: Proficient in managing the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience. Relationship Building and Maintenance: Skilled in developing and sustaining relationships with potential candidates and external stakeholders, contributing to successful recruitment outcomes. Growth Mindset and Dedication to Continuous Learning: Enthusiastic about personal and professional development within the HR field, with a commitment to expanding recruiting skills and gaining broader HR expertise. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including IT and non-IT positions. Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and reading). Stakeholder management. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Priority management and decision-making. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
