Hiring for Talent Acquisition Executive Experience - 1-3 years Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO) Job Summary: A motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive is required to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves attracting, identifying, and onboarding top talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers. Strong performance in this role may open up opportunities to transition into an HR Generalist position. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. Post job openings across relevant platforms and maintain an active candidate pipeline. Conduct preliminary screening calls and schedule interviews. Maintain organized candidate databases and generate recruitment reports. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment. Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Added Advantage: Candidates who consistently perform well and show potential will have the opportunity to gradually transition into an HR Generalist role, with necessary training and support provided.
