🧩 Tech Stack Frontend: Angular Backend: .NET, C# Database: Microsoft SQL Server Infrastructure: IIS (Windows), Linux-based VM cluster Integrations: AI modules, OCR engines, and automated communication workflows 🔍 Who We’re Looking For A hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead who can own architecture, development, and team leadership. Someone passionate about solving complex problems, optimizing performance, and mentoring developers in a fast-moving, impact-driven environment. ✅ Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable web applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, AI/ML, DevOps) Guide architecture decisions and code quality standards Mentor and support team members Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead resolution Ensure seamless integration of frontend/backend with AI/OCR workflows 💡 Qualifications 5+ years of full-stack development experience Expertise in Angular , .NET , C# , and MS SQL Server Proven experience hosting on IIS and working with Linux-based VMs Experience with AI/ML integrations or OCR tools is a big plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership abilities 📬 How to Apply Interested?
