Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring) for mid-level and bulk-hiring roles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels (job-portals, social media, referrals, campus, etc.).
Engage with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure excellent candidate experience.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure deal closure, timely onboarding and candidate acceptance.
Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate database, metrics and reports.
Ensure smooth coordination of the recruitment process including communications and scheduling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, especially bulk hiring and mid-level hiring.
Strong understanding of various recruitment sources and strategies.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Target-oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage relationships.
Willingness to work from office in Andheri East, Monday to Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
